01 · Why Ashbal

Why choose
just one?

Football, swimming and taekwondo. Every day is a new chance to move, learn, and discover the sport he loves.

Saturday to Thursday, four until eight. He can come once a week, or every day of it.

02 · The club

A club built
to move.

Football, swimming and taekwondo, on a court, in a pool and on the mat, with room to run in between. All of it indoors, whatever the weather is doing outside.

03 · Ways to train

Three age groups.
Timed around the school day.

The programme is built around school hours, so boys can train after class and build a consistent weekly routine.

5 to 8years

First steps

4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

This group is split into two smaller groups so everyone stays active and engaged. Football first, then swimming.

9 to 11years

Building skills

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

The session starts with swimming, followed by football, with a third rotating activity on selected days.

12 to 15years

Train and compete

4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

A longer training session combining swimming, court training, taekwondo or a group class, followed by football.

Girls train at Sabaya on their own timetable.

05 · Coaching

The coaches
he’ll remember.

They remember the coach who stayed behind after class. The one who celebrated their first goal. The one who knew their name before they knew everyone else’s. Boys rarely talk about confidence. They talk about the coach who helped them score.

Every session, every sport.

A safe, dedicated area

A dedicated boys’ area within the club, with safe and organised entry and exit.

Small groups

Small enough that he is coached, not supervised.

Visible progress

You will hear what he is getting better at.

06 · This week

Every week brings
something new.

Wet hair after swimming. A shirt straight into the wash after football. The kick he has been practising all week, finally landed. A friend already waiting for him next week.

Sessions run Saturday to Thursday. Pick a day and see what is on.

08 · Community

The team changes every week. The friendships don’t.

He arrives not knowing who he will be playing with, and leaves having made a friend. Week after week, the same faces turn up, the same jokes carry over, and the club becomes the part of the day he asks about at breakfast.
